Sanding Concrete Countertops

Edited

Do you need to sand concrete countertops but don't want to spend the money to buy a brand new wet grinder? Concrete Countertop Solutions has many solutions for you. After your concrete has cured for 2-3 days, you can begin sanding.

Below are our most popular choices when it comes to sanding a concrete countertop.

Our Z Grit-Discs are made out of a high quality silicon carbide sand paper that will hold up on the toughest sanding surfaces. Use Z Grit-Discs to sand and smooth your countertops or to round any sharp, jagged corners. Z Grit-Disc comes in 6 different grits 60, 80, 120, 220, 320, and 400. They can also be used on other hard stone surfaces such as marble, limestone, and travertine. Z Grit-Disc will fit all 5" 8 hole hook and loop orbital sanders.

Our Diamond Sanding DIscs will attach to just about any 5" - 8 hole palm sander. They last longer and cut better than any other "sand paper" on the market. These are electro-plated diamond pads (not diamonds in resin) so they do not require the high RPMs like most diamond polishing pads. Not for polishing, but will leave a smooth honed finish. They also work well to remove most topical sealers and coatings.

These are meant for dry use only.
